Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TGX Save ("we", "us", or "our"). They apply to the xPort browser extension, its website, account features, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

xPort helps users organize and export authorized X account relationship records, including Followers, Verified Followers, Following, and associated public profile fields. Supported file formats and plan features are described on the Pricing page.

Some features may be identified as beta, preview, or early access. Those features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the product develops.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your account and devices secure.
• Google sign-in is used to establish your TGX Save account. The extension receives a TGX Save session, not your Google provider access token.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. Paid plans are not intended for anyone under 18.

You may use xPort only for accounts and data that you own, manage, or have been expressly authorized by the relevant rights holder to process. The Services do not give you any additional right to access, collect, use, publish, sell, or share data.

You must not use the Services to:

• bypass privacy settings, access controls, rate limits, or security mechanisms;
• conduct unauthorized surveillance, profiling, harassment, spam, discrimination, or data resale;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights;
• introduce malware, disrupt the Services, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt unauthorized access; or
• use the Services in violation of applicable law or the rules of a third-party service you access.

xPort uses permissions disclosed by the browser to operate on X, access your active X session where required, and generate files you request. Export runs, pages, user records, settings, and generated files are primarily handled on your device.

You are responsible for reviewing export results, protecting exported files, deciding how long to retain them, and ensuring that any later use or disclosure is lawful and authorized.

Current Free and Pro plan features and prices are displayed on the Pricing page. The applicable product, access period, currency, and total price are shown before you complete a purchase.

Z-Pay processes the current Alipay checkout on our behalf. Alipay and Z-Pay may process payment account and transaction information under their own terms and privacy policies. TGX Save does not receive or store your Alipay login credentials.

Pro month and year products are one-time purchases. They do not renew or charge automatically. Additional purchases extend access from the current expiry date when Pro is still active, or from the new purchase date otherwise. We may change future prices or plan features without shortening access already paid for, except where required for legal or security reasons.

Because current Pro purchases do not renew automatically, there is no recurring plan to cancel. Unless a refund or enforcement action applies, Pro access continues until the expiry date shown in your account.

Refund requests can be submitted by emailing [email protected] with your order details. Eligibility depends on applicable law, the checkout terms shown for the purchase, product usage, and fraud or abuse controls. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The Services, product design, software, and TGX Save branding are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Services as intended.

xPort is independently developed and is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by X Corp. X and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. Google, Z-Pay, Alipay, browser vendors, and X operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may maintain, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, law, security, payment obligations, or third-party rights have been violated.

You may stop using xPort at any time. Uninstalling the extension removes extension access, but you may also need to sign out or request account deletion to remove server-side account data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete export results, compatibility with every browser or third-party change, or that the Services will meet every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGX Save will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
